Overwatch has a tie-in comic called Reflections. In this comic it is revealed that Tracer lives in her London Apartment with her girlfriend, Emily. It was also revealed on Twitter by the writer that Tracer Identifies as Lesbian.

Ellie – The Last Of Us
In the first Last of Us game back in 2013 it was hinted that Ellie was gay. She was only a teenager at the time. In the Left Behind DLC released the following year it explored Ellies sexuality further. In the DLC we see Ellie with her female friend Riley, who she goes on to share a kiss with.
Later on in the Last Of Us II we see Ellie again. This time she is dating a woman named Dina who is expected to be Bisexual. During the game we see the two raise a child together.
Dorian – Dragon Age Inquisition
Dragon Age is a game created by Bioware. Bioware are not afraid to represent the LGBT community. In Dragon Age Inquisition we see companion and party member Dorian. He is a human mage in the game.
Dorian received a positive reception in the game. He identifies as a gay man and person of color.
Tony – Grand Theft Auto IV
Tony is one of the craziest gay characters we have seen in a video game. As with everything Grand Theft Auto there is chaos, parties, drugs and crime. It was no different with Tony.
Tony is a gay club owner who has fallen on hard times. In the game he has problems with debt, cocaine and abusing prescribed medication. In the game Tony is very proud of his sexuality and goes by the name “Gay Tony”.
Steve Cortez – Mass Effect 3
In Mass Effect 3 you have the option to have a gay relationship with Steve Cortez. He previously had a husband who unfortunately died the colony he was on got abducted by the Collectors. Steve is the first gay character to date to be seen in the Mass Effect series.
The deeper into the game you get the more you can comfort and romance with the grieving man.
