It has a status effect called Paralysed, which prevents the opponent from being able to move till a few seconds after the hit. Another insane thing it can do is cause bleeding status to stop from among its targets, which can be used to heal teammates. Lastly, Lightning can mutate into Storm Magic; the Arcane Odyssey lost magic form.
