EA Access Subscribers Get To Try Mass Effect: Andromeda 5 Days Early

Electronic Arts announced that EA Access and Origin Access subscribers will get to try out up to 10 hours of the upcoming Mass Effect: Andromeda before it’s released.

The program is called EA Access Play First Trial, and the Mass Effect: Andromeda trial will go live March 16, a full five days before the game’s release date. EA Access and Origin Access are available on Xbox One and Windows PC, so if you own a PS4, you’re out of luck.

Subscribers will also have access to more games in the “Vault,” when EA adds more games later this year. The games they are adding are Dead Space: Ignition, Madden NFL 17, Skate 3, and Zuma’s Revenge. These additions will expand the Vault to more than 40 games.

The Vault is a collection of EA games that subscribers can download and play as much as they want. It includes games from the Battlefield franchise, FIFA, Need for Speed, Mirror’s Edge, and more.

EA Access and Origin Access costs $4.99 a month, or $29.99 for a year. If you join, you get unlimited access to the Vault, trials of new games, and a 10% discount on EA digital purchases.
